A little bit about Carnival:

Carnival has been entertaining the residents and tourists of Hornsea for over 50 years and the parade is the heart of this great weekend event. The parade route stretches for over a mile taking in the town and sea front. Never short of supporters the route is lined with people of all ages often several deep on the pavements. The parade gives a great opportunity for local groups, charities, schools and businesses alike to raise awareness and show off there creative talents. The carnival also gives you the opportunity to trade in the park after the parade for extra exposure. Or just come along and enjoy the entertainment and stalls on offer.
