Hornsea Carnival is committed to ensuring a Safe Event for all, as such we required all Traders in addition to providing us a Risk Assessment to have the following:
- Public Liability Insurance
- Electrical Safety Certificates (PAT)
- Safety Certificates for any Machinery
- All our events are correctly licensed by the relevant authorities.

Endorsements and specialconditions
Bespoke Endorsement
Section 1 has been extended to cover one event ‘The Carnival’ on the 17th July 2026 – 19th July 2026 with an attendance of up to 20,000.

Section 2 has been extended to cover one event ‘The Carnival’ on the 17th July 2026 – 19th July 2026 – with up to 20 volunteers/helpers/employees
working at any one time.
