We are pleased to confirm that on 9th June 2026 Hornsea Carnival Committee has been granted a Premises Licence for Hall Garth Park in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.

This licence authorises the provision of licensable activities at the site, including live music, recorded music, dance, wrestling, and any other regulated entertainment where audiences may exceed 500 persons and which is not otherwise covered by a Standard Temporary Event Notice.

The granting of this licence reflects Hornsea Carnival Committee’s continued commitment to ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements governing the delivery of events.

It further demonstrates the diligence of our team in maintaining high standards of safety, governance, and operational integrity in the planning and execution of all events held by Hornsea Carnival Committee at Hall Garth Park.
